Mila I st tried this and am confused. Do you do 20 x 3 rounds of inhale exhale inhale exhale etc or us it 10 straight exhales and then 10 straight inhales?

Hi Tim,
One breath = 1 inhale plus 1 exhale.
Try one round of 20 breaths. Take a break after for 20seconds, breathe normally and another round of 20 breaths.
In coffee breath, exhale is sharp and dominant and inhale is kind of passive and shorter.
One can’t do 10 straight exhales because we need to inhale(and this inhale will happen on its own, after we exhale).
So exhale and inhale and exhale and inhale and do so 20 times.
