Thank you for this post. I just practiced ocean breathing at my desk, and now I'm ready for an important meeting I will be going to. The exercise really clicked for me, and I tried different speeds of "ha ha ha" to see which felt the best. I will use this in my meditation tomorrow morning as an intro.

The ocean breath is one of my favorites! I love modifying this with a series of exhalation extensions using the ocean breath. Helps to really sink into the experience and relaxation. Thanks for sharing!
