Breathing pace should be very slow here. Aim for 5-6 breaths a minute. Set 1 min and time yourself,how many breaths have you taken. Very Slow inhales and longer exhales.
I would call this the "letting go" breath. It really teaches your nervous system how to let go of things you no longer need to hold on to. Especially because you are exhaling longer than you are inhaling.
If you want the opposite effect, to RECEIVE more, then try it in reverse.

For deeper relaxation, try a second variation: inhale for four counts (4) and exhale for eight (8).
