Once I have the diaphragmatic breathing through my nose... I need a cheat sheet to know...if I'm experiencing this...then try this diaphragmatic breath.
Hi Mila! Thank you for sharing this information about box breathing. I've personally found it uncomfortable sometimes and having more time to breathe out or hold my breath afterwards seems to be very calming. I've never really thought much about it before reading your post though. As you said, there's no one-size-fits-all! Thank you again for sharing this 🙏💚

Yes, box bresthing has become very popular but it’s not for everyone nor does it improve on its own our quality of breathing.so triaangle is a gentler version or simply inhale for 4 and exhale for 8, diaphragmatically,inhale through the nose.
Hi JFT Beach- you are not wrong if that does you well, you do yoga and you are fit. I say this is not a go-to practice for most of people, who have no idea about breathing practices and online it’s all I see- box breathing for everyone.

I always messes up box breathing. This is so much more natural and easier to implement!
