I have an aerial yoga hammock in my office. I hang upside down at least a couple times a week. I like to use it very low to the ground for elevated hip sequences while I’m laying on the floor.

πŸ’Ÿ that’s great for spinal traction and for allergies and for menstrual pain. I’ve also got yoga trapeze in our home office.

Wow! I never thought of aerial yoga or yoga trapeze as being potential methods of improving my breathing! I love yoga and the idea of aerial yoga sounds sooo cool! Thank you for sharing these helpful tips! I also agree, a little bit of exercise every day goes such a long way.
